In this installment of the Future Grind podcast host Ryan O’Shea is joined by the first repeat guest on the podcast, Zoltan Istvan, who is running against Donald Trump in the 2020 Republican Primary for President of the United States. The previous Zoltan episode was in 2016, when he was running for the presidency as a third party candidate with the Transhumanist Party. That episode discusses Zoltan’s background, while this one is purely focused on 2020 and his current campaign. Beyond his runs for office, Zoltan is a transhumanist speaker and author, and has written articles for the New York Times, Newsweek, Vice, Wired, TechCrunch, and more. You may have also caught him on the Joe Rogan Experience and The Rubin Report with Dave Rubin.
They discuss universal basic income, party politics, China, and much more.
